Lynn Plum joined the Aesbus team in 2000 with vast experience in creating and implementing worldwide customer support services, marketing and sales programs, and channel sales training programs with Fortune 100 firms such as Digital Equipment Corp. and Compaq Computer Corp.
As Director of Business Development, Lynn develops customized staffing solutions for new client accounts, providing client service management and driving innovation as business liaison between client and Aesbus creative/production departments. She assembles the precise mix of skills, experience and personalities it takes to support and service client projects and programs. Her focus is on ensuring process efficiency, ultimately delivering multiple skill sets as smoothly as delivering just one.
