Since joining Aesbus in 1996, Dr. Solomon Olatoye has provided leadership in the areas of research and design, knowledge management, and information technology. As Director of Business Technology, Solomon oversees knowledge systems design and provides IT infrastructure and technical expertise for Aesbus production departments and for clients. Solomon also oversees the business operational, IT, and technology infrustructure groundwork for setting up offshore outsourcing for cost efficiencies that clients view as essential to their growth strategies. Prior to joining Aesbus, Solomon was a key engineering project manager and installation designer of cogeneration technology in England for the development of thermal and electrical power. He received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston, and a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of London, England.
